knock knees

Knock Knees
To identify if you are knock kneed, stand naturally with bare legs together before a full length mirror.

If you are knock kneed, your knees should rotated slightly inwards until they touch, with your ankles separated.

Finger Test
You should be able to place two or more fingers between you ankles but not your knee.

straight legs

Straight Legs
To identify if you are straight legged, stand naturally with bare legs together before a full length mirror.

If you have straight legs your knees will not rotate either way, your ankles and knees will be equal distance apart.

Finger Test
You should be unable to place two fingers between both your ankles or knees.

bow legs

Bow Legs
To identify if you have bow legged, stand naturally with bare legs together before full a length mirror.

If you are bow legged, your knees may rotate slightly outwards while your ankles will be close together.

Finger Test
You should be able to place two our more fingers between you knees but not your ankles.
